Los resultados muestran una reducci\u00f3n significativa del abandono escolar y una mejora sostenida en la continuidad educativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">Una de las 10 finalistas fue la argentina <strong>Gloria Cisneros<\/strong>, oriunda de Chaco, quien con 39 a\u00f1os cumple funciones de directora, cuidadora y l\u00edder comunitaria en una escuela primaria del Impenetrable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" eplus-wrapper\">El premio, impulsado por la <strong>Fundaci\u00f3n Varkey<\/strong> en colaboraci\u00f3n con la <strong>UNESCO<\/strong>, reconoce no solo la innovaci\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica, sino tambi\u00e9n el rol de la educaci\u00f3n como motor de desarrollo social. Nagi anunci\u00f3 que destinar\u00e1 el mill\u00f3n de d\u00f3lares del reconocimiento a la creaci\u00f3n de un <strong>Instituto de Capacitaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, orientado a la formaci\u00f3n gratuita
